Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MarketLean ("the Service"), operated by MarketLean ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

MarketLean reads screenshots of prediction market trades that you upload, researches the market using live web search, and returns an AI-generated lean, confidence score, and reasoning. It works with screenshots from any prediction market platform - we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Polymarket, Kalshi, or any other platform whose screenshots you may upload.

MarketLean is a research and analysis tool. It is not financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to make any specific trade.

The confidence scores and reasoning we provide are generated by an AI model based on available information at the time of the request, and can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. Prediction-market trading involves real financial risk and can result in the loss of money. You are solely responsible for any trading or wagering decisions you make, and we are not liable for the outcome of any trade made using information from the Service.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

MarketLean is a paid subscription service - there is no free tier. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, and each plan includes a monthly allowance of "uploads" (analyzed screenshots) that resets at the start of each billing period.

You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current paid period - we don't cut off access early, and we don't provide prorated refunds for the remainder of a period you've already paid for, except where required by law.

We may change our pricing going forward; if we do, we'll give you reasonable notice before it applies to your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or plan restrictions
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying prompts or models behind the Service
• Use automated tools to send an excessive volume of requests
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission
• Upload content you don't have the right to upload, or content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes on someone else's rights

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the screenshots you upload. By uploading them, you grant us a limited license to process them (including sending them to our AI provider) solely to provide you with an analysis. We don't claim ownership of your screenshots and don't use them to train our own models.

The Service itself - its design, code, branding, and the text of the analyses we generate - is owned by MarketLean or our licensors. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any read will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketLean and its owners won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the Service altogether with reasonable notice.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use MarketLean after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
